Effects of Bi and Cu Additives on Catalytic Performance of SnCl 4/AC for Acetylene Hydrochlorination

The supported SnCl4 catalyst was prepared using activated carbon as the carrier. Different contents of BiCl3 and CuCl2 were added into SnCl4 catalyst as assistant in order to study the effect of assistant on the catalytic performance of acetylene hydrochlorination. The results showed that when the ratio of BiCl3⁃CuCl2⁃SnCl4 was 5%,10%,10%.The catalyst showed the highest activity for acetylene hydrochlorination. The conversion of acetylene can reach 94% under the conditions of hydrogen chloride/acetylene ratio 1∶1.1, reaction temperature 170 ℃ and GHSV(C2H2) of 60 h-1. The characterization results showed that the introduction of additives inhibited the loss of Sn during the reaction and thus improved the stability of the catalyst. Finally, the activity of Sn based catalyst was effectively improved.

Effect of C 3N 4/AC Structure on Catalytic Pyrolysis Performance of Dichloroethane

The C3N4/AC catalyst was prepared by using the same nitrogen content of cyanamide,thiourea,urea as precursor and activated carbon as the carrier. The reaction performance of C3N4/AC catalyst for the catalytic pyrolysis of 1,2⁃dichloroethane was evaluated by using fixed bed reactor,and the properties of catalyst structure were characterized by SEM,XRD,BET,XPS and TGA. The results showed that the initial activity and selectivity of the catalyst prepared from 0.110 mol precursor were close to 100%,but the stability of the catalyst was different obviously. The catalyst synthesized with urea as precursor had the highest catalyst stability compared with the other two precursors. However,the catalysts synthesized by using low loading of precursors showed differences on the catalytic performance. The structure and morphology of the catalysts with low loading of precursor were investigated. The results showed that when the load was reduced to 0.057 mol,the C3N4/AC catalyst prepared with urea had the highest catalytic activity for dehydrochlorination of 1,2⁃dichloroethane and the best stability.The different morphologies of carbon nitride was synthesized by different precursors. The carbon nitride productivity of thiourea and cyanamide is higher than urea but is more easily to form bulk carbon nitride which will result in poor stability. After all,urea is the optimal precursor for the C3N4/AC catalyst for dehydrochlorination of 1,2⁃dichloroethane.

The Synthesis and Application of a Amide Cationic Asphalt Emulsifier

At present the most prominent problem of emulsified asphalt slurry seal technology was the lack of slow breaking and fast setting asphalt emulsifier. Amide cationic asphalt emulsifier was synthesized using octadecanoic acid, seed oil fatty acids and triethylene tetramine as raw materials. The best conditions were obtained. Comparing the test results of the performance and the road construction of emulsified asphalt, it was found that the amide cationic asphalt emulsifier had advantages of strong emulsifying capacity, less emulsifier dosage, higher adhesion speed and better storage stability.

The Catalytic Performance of Ionic LiquidPhosphomolybdic Hybrid  Molecular Material in Cyclododecene Epoxidation

A hybrid molecular material ([Bmim]3PMo12O40) was synthesized using 1butyl 3methyl imidazolium bromide ionic liquid([Bmim]Br) and the Keggintype phosphomolybdic acid (H3PMo12O40) as raw materials. The obtained material was characterized by XRD, FTIR and UVVis. The results of XRD and FTIR indicated the existence of the cationic group of [Bmim]Br and Kegginstructure polyanion [PMo12O40]3- in the hybrid material. The UVVis showed there was strong intermolecular interactions between the organic cation and the Keggintype anion of [Bmim]3PMo12O40. The catalytic performances of [Bmim]3PMo12O40 in alkene epoxidation were investigated using cyclododecene as the substrate and H2O2 as the oxidant. 

The Mechanical Properties of Unsaturated Polyester Dust Suppression and Wind Proofing Plate

The glass fiber as reinforced skeleton, unsaturated polyester resin as matrix materials, then the dust suppression and wind proofing plate was prepared. The effects of the ratio of unsaturated polyester resin and glass fiber, the species of glass fiber, the contents of curing agent and accelerating agent on the mechanical properties on dust suppression and wind proofing plate were studied. The results are as follows: the tensile strength and impulse strength were up to maximum when the mass ratio of unsaturated polyester and glass fiber felt was 3∶1. The tensile strength of dust suppression and wind proofing plates which were enhanced by [KG*4]high [KG*4]alkali、the [KG*4]alkali [KG*4]and [KG*4]the [KG*4]non-alkali [KG*4]glass fiber felt respectively achieved [KG*4]to 55.198,75.249,89.446 MPa. The impulse strength respectively achieved to 30.699,35.367,41.343 kJ/m 2. Then the tensile strength of non-alkali glass fiber felt increased 62% than high alkali glass fiber felt, and it increased 18.8% than alkali glass fiber felt. The impulse strength of non-alkali glass fiber felt increased 34.7% when compared with high alkali glass fiber felt and it increased 16.9% than alkali glass fiber felt. When the content of accelerating agent and [KG*4]curing [KG*4]agent [KG*4]was [KG*4]respectively 0.5% and 1%, the maximum tensile strength of dust suppression and wind proofing plate is 89.446 MPa, the maximum impulse strength is 41.343 kJ/m 2.

Complex Denitrification in Lubricant by Joining Furfural and Additives

The study of complex de-nitride in lubricant by furfural and additives was researched for a second-tier base oil in Fushun No.1oil plant, according to single factor experiments, influences on removal rate of the basic nitrogen by temperature and oil/solvent ratio were obtained, finding a more suitable metal additive dosage of 0.50~1.33(mol zinc bromide/mol quinoline).Then through orthogonal test determining the effects on the complex extraction(removal rate of basic nitrogen), the most influential factor is the metal additive dosage, followed by the oil/solvent ratio, temperature minimum. The results show that adding a small amount of zinc bromide can greatly enhance the effect of furfural refining, its basic nitrogen removal rate increases, it greatly increases the effect of furfural extraction.

experiment ,the method was provided using the computer simulation studies on the filtration process . The cake formation
process was divided into a number of hypothetical increments .A suitable constant pressure cake filtration simulation program
was designed using the time increments and VB programming language . Through the program , a number of relevant
parameters and results can be simulated .Which propose a reliable new method of the study in cake filtration process .

Synthesis of 2,5 - Di - (tert - butyl)Hydroquinone

Synthesis of 2,5-di-(tert-butyl)hydroquinone(DBHQ) by alkylation of hydroquinone with methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) was studied. The optimum was discussed with the method of orthogonal design. The effects of reaction time,
molar ratio of hydroquinone and MTBE and solvent dosage on the yield of DBHQ were also investigated.The optimum conditions for synthesizing DBHQ are as follows: n(hydroquinone)/n(MTBE)) is 2.1∶1,n(hydroquinone)/n(catalyst) is 1∶0.1,the reaction temperature is about 90 ℃, the reaction time is 1.5 h,volume ratio of alcohol and water is 1∶2. Under the optimum conditions, the content of DBHQ in the product is above 99%, the average yield of DBHQ is 60%.

Hilbert-Huang Transform of Pressure Fluctuation Signal in SCISR

The Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT)was applied to analyze the pressure fluctuation signal in submerged circulative impinging stream reactor. The intrinsic mode function(IMF) was extracted from the pressure fluctuation in submerged circulative impinging stream reactor(SCISR). The non-linear and non-stationary characteristics of the pressure fluctuation signals were demonstrated. Analyzing the energy distribution of high, middle,low frequency segment and its transfer within different IMF, the relationship between the flow regimes identification in SCISR and the energy distribution of the different frequency segment IMF were founded. The results show that the rotate speed gradually rose, the impinging course of particles would caused the vortex with different scales and energy distribution of IMF would caused diversification. Hilbert-Huang transform method exposes internality rule between flow pattern and energy distributing of IMF component that is obtained by decomposing pressure fluctuation signal of SCISR using EMD. At the same time, quantificational proof can be provided.
